1. Can you explain the price, trial period, upgrade policy etc.?

   Price is $4.95. You can download a 14-day trial (the trial has no restrictions). If you purchase a license after 14 days, simply enter the serial number into the app and keep using it (nothing to uninstall or reinstall). Registered users will get free upgrades for at least 1 year.

2. Which phones does Fake Call support?

   Fake Call supports all Windows Mobile® 5, 6 and 6.1 phones. This includes both “Pocket PC” and “Smartphone” devices, which are also known as “Professional” and “Standard” Edition.

3. I can’t seem to get Fake Call to work on my Palm Treo or other Windows Mobile 5.0 phone.

   Please download this version, which should work on older Windows Mobile 5.0 devices.

4. What’s the “Play this voice clip” option for? (new in version 1.1)

   If you’re in a very quiet room, the person close to you will expect to hear someone speaking when you answer the phone. In such situations, playing the voice clip will make your fake call more believable. You can use any MP3, WAV or WMV file as a voice clip. We ship a couple of sample .mp3 files to help you test it out.

   Also note: the voice clip will play once, starting 3 seconds after you “answer” the fake call. This gives you some time to say “Hello…”.
