Not Working on my Fuze

Perhaps Pilot error on my part. I open the app and select a profile, it then confirms and closes. However no calls get blocked. (Tried block all calls) There is also no hint the program is still running. The app is not available on the task manager and there is no running service apps other than the exclusing jbed.exe. am I missing something?

Hello,
The fact that you don't see it in Task Manager is expected. The app doesn't need to be running in the background to do it's job. In fact, as you noticed, we explicitly close the app after you've activated a profile.

However, the fact that it doesn't block calls is unexpected. Try this: reboot your device, pick a different profile, then select the "Block all calls" profiles. Now see if it works. See if the reboot fixes it.
